AutoDeploy Galley

Cobalt’s innovative AutoDeploy Galley brings yacht-quality features to your day boat—perfect for entertaining on Long Island’s waters. Hidden beneath a full-thickness cushion for added seating, this galley rises smoothly with the touch of a button to reveal a full setup: a stainless sink, electric grill, microwave, and solid surface countertop.

Whether you're grilling dockside at Fire Island or prepping snacks during a sunset cruise on the Sound, the AutoDeploy Galley combines function, elegance, and convenience—making every outing effortless and enjoyable.

Monsoon Engines

Thanks to a close collaboration with GM Marine, Monsoon engines are built to the highest standards in a cutting-edge facility located in Tennessee. These engines are the heart of Cobalt’s Surf Class models, delivering smooth, reliable power with advanced emissions control.

At the core of this innovation is direct injection technology. By delivering fuel straight into the combustion chamber—bypassing the air intake manifold—Monsoon engines produce a cleaner, more complete burn.

Fresco Chil Vinyl

Finally, no more hot seats on darker colored vinyl while you’re out enjoying a full day of fun on the water. This anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, mildew-resistant, and sulfide stain-resistant fabric technology keeps your vinyl a full 15-20 degrees cooler than traditional vinyl even when it’s out in the sun.

Harman Kardon Audio System

Cobalt has partnered with Harman Kardon to bring their signature sound to the water. Guests can comfortably sit next to any speaker on the boat, guaranteeing a pleasant experience from every seat.

Splash & Stow™

Cobalt’s award-winning Splash & Stow™ eliminates the traditional way of transporting, deploying, and retrieving heavy-duty, yacht-style inflatables.

Cobalt’s legacy of craftsmanship and performance is stronger than ever—driven by passion, backed by technology, and built to elevate every moment on the water. The Cobalt story moves forward with strength, purpose, and unwavering dedication to excellence.

Where Are Cobalt Boats Built?

Cobalt Boats are proudly built in the United States, with production centered in Neodesha, Kansas—home to the company’s headquarters and primary manufacturing facility for over 50 years. Known for its precision craftsmanship and innovative design, the Neodesha plant has long been the foundation of Cobalt’s reputation for performance and luxury.

In March of 2024, Cobalt expanded its production capabilities with the launch of its second manufacturing plant in Roane County, Tennessee. This new, state-of-the-art facility strengthens Cobalt’s commitment to American-made quality and helps meet the growing demand for their premium boats.

Whether it’s a Cobalt Sterndrive, Outboard, or Surf Class model, every boat is built with meticulous attention to detail and engineered for lasting performance. At Strong’s Marine, we’re proud to represent the craftsmanship and innovation that come from Cobalt’s Kansas and Tennessee plants—designed and built in the USA for unforgettable days on the water.
