Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marine Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online boat listings platform. You will ensure that all listings are accurate, comprehensive, and engaging to attract potential buyers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the marine industry.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- To perform this job successfully you’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Manage and update listings of boats for sale on our online platforms
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of listing information, including specifications, pricing, photos/video and creative descriptions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize listing performance and visibility.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing online listings or e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the marine industry and knowledge of boat types and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience: marine, automotive or real estate: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Mattituck, NY (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Mattituck, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
